The New Langola Adopt a Road Program
This year Langola Township has adopted a new program. This is the adopt a road program. All township roads are open to adoption. Basic rules for adoption are simple.
- Adopt a township road 1 mile in length.
- You will provide garbage collection and disposal.
- You may purchase you own sign through the township or the township would purchase it for you. If you purchase it you will get to keep it once you opt out of the program.
- To get signed up and for more specific program details contact Harvey Meinert at 320-393-2231 the Adopt - A - Road Chairperson.
Road Committee Information
As your elected officials we feel you as citizens should be aware of issues that affect all of us. The Langola Township board is going to attempt to do a newsletter every quarter to better serve you. This will have general information such as: Meeting dates, upcoming events, clean up days and other township issues that effect all of our residents.
Issues Being Addressed by Road Committee
Note . . . Road committee is open to any Langola Resident.
Langola Town road committee meets the second Wednesday, October - March at Shepard of the Pines Church at 6:30-7:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to take an active role in the improvement of township roads and various road issues.

Welcome New Residents!
New residents to the Township are invited to stop in to the Rice City Hall for the Township meetings the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Please take an interest in your local government.
We are trying to make sure that everyone in the Township is receiving our newsletter. If you know of anyone in the Township that does not get the newsletter please contact our township clerk for a copy.
